I have been having some issues with heel pain recently after Larne Half. Reece was able to target the problem area that is triggering this (hamstring & calf tightness). I can already feel improvements after 1 session after ironing out some knots I didn’t even know I had. Would highly recommend Reece. Very professional and welcoming.

Had my first session with Reece today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m currently deep into my preparation for the Dublin Marathon, so with a few niggles and plenty of tightness in my legs, I knew I needed some proper treatment. Reece took the time to listen to exactly what I was feeling and worked on my legs with great care and attention. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable straight away. What I really liked was that it didn’t just feel like a treatment session. You can properly switch off, relax, have a good chat, and forget about everything else for an hour. He’s a genuinely great guy and clearly takes pride in what he does. I’ll definitely be back and would have no hesitation recommending Reece to anyone, especially runners getting ready for their next big race.

Reece did a great job to get me moving again. Had really tight hamstrings and calves, but after a 90min session I was feeling so much better. He got me back to normal and will now be a regular routine to keep it that way.
