✓ Verified BookingOnly trust Phoebe with my lips. She always takes her time and allows me to have breaks as a nervous customer that isn’t keen on needles. Funny thing.. it doesn’t even hurt, she is so gentle and as you can see the lips look the BEST they have looked. Will always come back again and again 5 ⭐️ (also got a goody bag with a lip oil and sweets)
