Charlotte was so friendly and incredibly talented at piercing! I went with my MIL and we both felt very well looked after and love our piercings. My MIL was quite nervous to get her tragus piercing but Char was very kind and patient, giving her as much time as she needed until she was ready. We will definitely be back!!
