I went to Rachel for a nose piercing. She is warm, funny, direct, and most importantly, if I ever want to shove metal through my skin in future, I will go to her. She is as pain free as you can expect, but very thorough and detailed. Excellent service.

Incredibly professional and great with my 8 year old daughter
Came in to change nipple bars because I lost one ball and they were different lengths. Roachel sized up different bars to find the appropriate size bar and ball. I then had an impulsive urge to get another piercing, so went for a second nose piercing (the opposite side) and Rachel let me take my time deciding which jewellery I wanted. I have never fainted before but as she put the needle through I started to go and Rachel responded calmly and professionally to support my shoulders and stop me falling off the bench. She was very ubderatanding and kind when i came too rather embarrassed and still with the needle in my nose 🤭😅 got to choose a lollipop and she finished the job when I was feeling better. 😊 5/5
Rachel is so helpful and friendly and made me and my children very comfortable having our ears pierced :) The space is very clean and super hygienic.
