I always go to Becki for any of my treatments. I’ve been for my brows being laminated, waxed and tinted many times, my lashes being lifted and had lashes applied and been for my makeup. Always impeccable! Cannot fault anything. Always an amazing transformation of my brows and lashes and loved the makeup she did for me. Beautiful salon and always so kind especially because I’m an anxious person going to Becki is perfect, she’s so accommodating with everything. Will never book anywhere else.

I’m absolutely in love with my lashes! They look so full, fluffy and natural at the same time. The application was so comfortable and the attention to detail was amazing. I’ve had so many compliments already. Highly recommend to anyone wanting beautiful, long-lasting lashes! 💕
Really unhappy with the outcome. One side is way fuller than the other. I've only had them 24 hours. The girl was lovely but for £53 I shouldn't be experiencing this. I have been refused a refund, asked to come back to her outdoor work container on a sunday (highly inconvenient) after a long delay in reply. I got told that it's natural oils or the way I sleep? I slept two weeks in Florida, been to three water parks and themeparks every day and my eyelashes have been fine. I have agreed to a partial refund and yet nothing has been sent through.
Saying I took long to reply isn’t accurate. I responded as soon as I saw your message (around an hour later as it was Easter and I was out) and immediately offered two resolutions: a full fix or a partial refund. I have ss of you asking about coming in for a fix/refund, then not responding and instead leaving a negative review. You complained on Easter Sunday and I still offered to fix them that same day, even while I was with family, and made it clear I would accommodate you any day. This has now been turned into an inconvenience, despite you initially asking to come in. You then ignored my messages and left a review without giving me the chance to resolve it, using it as a weapon to threaten which feels unfair. Then editing it constantly just feels like harrassment You also stated you’ve “never experienced this before”, which contradicts what you told me in the salon about your lashes not lasting, which is why I suggested it may be aftercare or sleeping position. If this was an application issue, both eyes would be affected, not just one. With 4–5 years experience, I can confidently say this isn’t consistent with application faults. I’m fully booked weekly and rarely experience this. On the rare occasions it happens, it’s usually down to aftercare it’s simply the law of averages when doing lashes full time. Regardless, I still offered to fix it or provide a partial refund
Always trust Becki with my face😂 she knows what she’s doing! She’s the best would never go anywhere else she did a fabulous job as always, dark and arched! I’ve got a natural rounded and straight set of brows but she manages to do the impossible (get me that perfect arch) everytime!🩷 She obvs doesn’t usually leave the tint on at the end of the appointment girlys but I asked her too so don’t worry if u don’t want your eyebrows to look like mine they won’t!😂 much needed little therapy appointment with her😂🫶🏻 much love for this girl🥰 pics of mapping (which we ended up going thinner) and selfies a couple days after I haven’t washed them yet xxx
