I didn’t love this groom. It was fine and my mini schnauzer is very clean and soft but it cost £55 which is £10 more than I usually pay and her beard looks very, very square and the eyebrows have been cut at the wrong angle for a schnauzer.

I would just like to clarify that the £55 charge was the standard price for the service booked through Booksy, and no additional charges were added during the appointment. Regarding the styling, your partner requested a shorter summer trim and specifically asked for shorter eyebrows rather than a traditional Schnauzer-style look. The body and legs were also trimmed shorter as discussed during the consultation. I understand that grooming styles are very personal, and I’m sorry the result wasn’t quite what you were expecting. For any future appointments, I would be happy to discuss your preferred style with you personally beforehand to ensure we achieve the look you would like.
