What a wonderful experience from start to finish! The owner very kindly came in especially for me, even though the salon was closed, which was such a lovely gesture and genuinely appreciated. She was absolutely delightful, so warm, friendly and reassuring, and immediately put me at ease. I had my helix pierced and it was all over before I even realised! I could not recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a great experience getting pierced today! She was incredibly funny, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was pretty nervous beforehand, but she kept me relaxed the whole time and explained everything so clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does. The piercing itself was quick, professional, and way less stressful than I expected. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone thinking about getting a piercing!
