Always a friendly welcome when I come here ! Love the infrared sauna along with the ice bath combination is great, always clean inside and great coffee afterwards. Would highly recommend and have done to all my friends x
What a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon! A lovely welcome and spotlessly clean private sauna, cold tub, shower room. Could even take our coffees in with us and had a sandwich from the fabulous selection afterwards. Only wish is that I lived closer - I’d be in once a week! Thank you, highly recommended’
