I had my first sports massage with Metin and honestly I could not be happier. I went in for some issues with my shoulders and I left feeling lighter, less tight and somehow smelling great with a weight off of my shoulders, literally

I had a deep tissue massage with Metin and he really worked hard on the tension that I’ve held in my body for years . I had tension in places I never knew existed. But I must say my lower back pain has gone thanks to Metin. I still have issues with my shoulder but that’s a work in progress! Would highly recommend getting a deep tissue massage with Metin 👍🏻

Absolutely amazing to book a session with the recovery room. Metin was absolutely second to none and a pleasure to be around. Sorted me out after a long tough 11 months of an intense football season and feel brand new. Asked for a full M.O.T service on the legs to flush out and cupping for tightness in the back. I would definitely recommend the recovery room to anyone feeling any niggles or anything that needs to be done to get it back to normal. Metin your were amazing. I’ll definitely be back soon💪

I had pulled a muscle in my back area which wasn’t recovering for a while, after one session the improvement was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helped relieve my pain and tension. I’ll definitely be making regular visits - highly recommend.
