It was amazing. It’s a very ‘technical’ massage and works the right muscles to fix the aches and pains.

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Metin focussing mostly on a shoulder 4 years post freeze but also on rest of back. My rotation feels a lot easier and I haven’t notice any more clicking and grinding in the shoulder. I’ve booked another session in 5 weeks. Wish I’d gone sooner. Metin is very professional.

I have been seeing Metin for a while now and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. I have had bad posture for years (40+) and my shoulders are now sitting where they should be and my posture is greatly improved , looking forward to more results in my hips and lower back. Metin is very professional and courteous and I feel completely comfortable on his table.

Really good! Focussed on all the right places, I arrived in pain, tight, not in a good state, left feeling amazing.
