I had my first reformer Pilates session as a complete beginner and it was a really positive experience. I felt at ease and comfortable from the start, which really helped build my confidence. Ella was great at checking in and reassuring me throughout, making it easy to speak up if something didn’t feel quite right. She was very attentive and supportive, helping me adjust where needed so I could get the most out of each exercise. Overall, it was a fantastic introduction to reformer Pilates.
