Amazing as always! Struggling with shoulder and hip pain for quite some time now, little did i realise it’s been stemming from the glute this whole time! After weeks of poor sleep i finally slept like a dream last night, a little tender today in the areas of cupping but nothing more than expected, feeling a lot looser and not in unbearable pain from the minute i wake up like it has been for weeks, will definitely return to continue working on this ☺️

Fantastic massage, aaron is really knowledgeable and courteous. So good that i am returning next week for work on another area.

I’ve been going here for sports massages and couldn’t recommend it enough. Phoenix is fantastic and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t just treat the problem during the massage, he also takes the time to explain exercises and stretches to help with any injuries or tightness between appointments. You can tell he genuinely wants to help you recover and prevent issues from coming back. Brilliant service every time!
