As someone who was very nervous Hannah put me completely at ease explaining each step and filling me with so much confidence. You can tell she really knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her patients and that translates into the procedures too. So happy with my initial results and can't wait to see them healed

Hannah made me feel comfortable from our very first contact by text message. She replied very quickly with all my questions and by the end of the messages my appointment was booked. I had booked in for a fine line tattoo which I had sent to Hannah. When I arrived she was very welcoming and was more than ready for me to arrive. Hannah had created the tattoo I wanted in 4 different sizes and asked if there was anything I wanted to change. All through the treatment I received I felt very comfortable and was over the moon with my results. If I had any problems with the tattoo she reassured me not hesitate to get in touch. I would highly recommend Renata cosmetics.
