Can’t recommend Jack highly enough, he’s very patient, tailors the session perfectly to your needs and pushes you just the right amount. Before these sessions I had the fear and hatred of the gym, now I actually enjoy it (a little!) and I can feel a huge difference in my health. Having the private space to work out in is also a massive bonus! Def give Jack a go
