I have been seeing Natalie regularly for a number of years for sports massage. She is friendly, knowledgeable and will always help with a particular problem and suggest exercises that would help. Her prices are very reasonable for the services and I would highly recommend her.

Amazing massage

Just what I needed after Christmas and a long run.

I always feel much better after a session with Natalie. She’s helping me keep injury free whilst I’m doing my marathon training.

It was absolutely lovely! My right shoulder was hurting. I tried stretching and rolling it but it didn't work but this one hour deep tissue massage definitely helped! If I had more thumbs, I'd use them!
