Had a sports massage with Kavan. Very pleasant young man, attentive and thorough. He utilises different techniques like dry cupping and metal scrapers. One of the best massages I've ever had. Also, the car park nearby has an hour free parking.

Absolutely amazing went with a couple of problems Hamstring being one of them, after my first visit made such a difference second visit all good, ran my fastest 5k today in a long time in 25 minutes pain free, I would definitely recommend Kavan great lad and definitely knows his stuff, thank you see you soon
