Good knowledge and understanding of what I needed. Really good session and feel so much better as a result of it. Also didn’t notice until I left that we’d overran, which shows he wasn’t in a rush just to get it over and done with on a Friday afternoon. Really professional!

I’ve been having trouble with my foot when playing football. Sam identified the problem straight away and not only applied physio to help but also shared his knowledge on the causes and how to continue to rectify the problem going forward. Would highly reccomend.
