Sedgeford Hall Estate: Private Pool & Sauna

Thank you so much for your feedback. We’re really pleased you enjoyed a lovely, quiet swim with us. We’re sorry the pool felt a little cooler than you would have liked. We currently monitor the temperature in two ways, through our system and with a manual check at the pool, and it has been consistently reading around 30°C. We do appreciate that draughts and the temperature outside can affect how warm the pool feels, though, so we’ll certainly keep an eye on this. We clean the pool area first thing every morning, and we also leave a mop and bucket by the changing facilities to encourage guests to clear up any splashes during the day. As the pool is unlifeguarded, we do rely on everyone helping to keep the area as clean and safe as possible between our daily cleans. We also really appreciate you letting us know about the changing room door. We'll take a look at it to see if there's anything we can do to make it easier to use.
