We clean the pool area first thing every morning, and we also leave a mop and bucket by the changing facilities to encourage guests to clear up any splashes during the day. As the pool is unlifeguarded, we do rely on everyone helping to keep the area as clean and safe as possible between our daily cleans. We also really appreciate you letting us know about the changing room door. We'll take a look at it to see if there's anything we can do to make it easier to use. It's lovely to know you'd choose to book with us again. The bucket and mop are left poolside intentionally so guests can use them throughout the day if needed, but the pool area itself is cleaned every morning before opening. We'll certainly review how these are stored to ensure they don't detract from the experience. Regarding the water temperature, our pool is maintained between 28–30°C, and on the day of your visit it was reading 29°C. We do appreciate that if you've been particularly warm beforehand, the water can feel cooler when you first get in, even though it's within its normal operating temperature. If the pool was to ever drop below 28c we have a process in place to inform our guests ahead of their visit. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
