I couldn’t recommend Kev more highly! I was struggling with soreness while training for my half marathon, and after my very first session there was a noticeable improvement. He’s great at adjusting the pressure depending on how sore your muscles are, so you always feel like you’re getting exactly what you need. I also had a session after my half marathon, which really helped to alleviate the residual DOMS and get me feeling back to normal. Great atmosphere, really easy to chat to, and most importantly, you feel great afterwards.

Really great massage, especially for recovery. I’d been feeling quite tight and sore beforehand and could feel a massive difference afterwards. Really good pressure, worked on the areas that needed it and I left feeling much looser and more mobile. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Best massage I’ve ever had! Put me at ease straight away and extremely knowledgeable. I would never usually get a massage from a guy but Kevin made me feel comfortable straight away through explanation of what to expect and tailoring the massage to my needs. Will definitely be visiting regularly to keep my back and neck in a more relaxed state!
