very unprofessional, cancelled original appointment 45 mins before I was due, didn't get me in to the 6th tattooed me for around 35 mins booked again for the 11th cancelled me 2 hours before appointment cancelled me a total of 4 times, and hasn't replied to me I am taking my business elsewhere
