We have been coming to Snug for years while we are on holiday on the Isle of Wight. It’s our family tradition. Sarah and Luke have both always been amazing with us. So reassuring and friendly. Happy to advise and not afraid to say no when needed as witnessed when we arrived and someone was being rude to them. They dealt with that so professionally even when the person was being unreasonable. They deserved a medal. Anyway back to the piercing. The shop is spotless and friendly. Sarah pierced my nose which I had been wanting for a while and it went great. I am really pleased with it. It’s great to see them both booked and blessed every time we visit.
Sarah and Luke made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Super friendly and really happy with my nose piercing!
