Fantastic spot - I’m trying to build in time for two visits a week going forward. Immaculately clean and private - one hour of peace and quiet is worth its weight in gold to this working mother even without the benefit of the sauna and plunge pool. Such a relaxing atmosphere. Just brilliant

Excellent private sauna and ice bath setup—clean, high quality, and always a great experience. One of the best spots around for recovery, relaxation, and feeling properly recharged
very professional. always a pleasure when I visit. I get 3/4 sessions in a week and its the best decision I've made to my week.
Great Set-up. Super clean and friendly service. Highly recommend!
