Another excellent supervision session. Sarah is a nurturing supervisor who enables me to turn up just as I am, vulnerabilities/ warts and all! I consistently feel well held by her. I appreciate being able to explore not just client ‘parts’ but my own ‘therapist parts’ that are activated in sessions in a compassionate and understanding space.
