We love this place. Always feel so relaxed after the sauna and cold water dip

Best contrast therapy session I’ve done
Lovely quiet setting, gorgeous views, cute sauna and refreshing cold plunges. Beth (I think that was her name!) was great and was happy to extend cold plunge times as we loved it so much!
