Highly recommend to book with The Body Restore. I have been experiencing stiffness in my neck, shoulders, lower back pain, hip pain. I feel so much better only just after one visit. My neck and hip mobility so much better and can’t wait to book again.
Booked a 90 minute full body MOT as I'd accumulated a few niggles I needed help with. Very happy with my first visit, Lyndsey explained clearly each aspect of the treatment whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout.
Lyndsey was able to identify tightness in my neck, she explained that it could be connected to grinding my teeth. I managed to get a dentist appointment the same day and sure enough The dentist confirmed that I must be grinding my teeth in my sleep!. The dentist asked for Lyndseys details as she was so impressed! Massage was perfect. I feel much better thank you!
I had Mot & deep tissue massage and what a way to start the new year! Never had a massage like it! Recommend to anyone suffering with joint and muscle pain! Thankyou so much and will deffo be returning x
