Lyndsey is amazing! I’ve been going intermittently for over a year, and every time I leave feeling a million times better. Lyndsey always listens to the problems I have, and targets areas to ensure she gets to the route of the problem. She’s the only sports therapist I’ve seen that has really helped relieve the pain in my shoulder and neck.
