Being an old gentleman, I found the Contender Gym a very welcoming and inclusive space, where no matter what Age or Gender, you are all welcome no matter you fitness or what you want Tracy will help and support you, to achieve you goal as a trainer she is both supportive and encouraging if you want a gym where your always welcome pop along say hello.
