Hi, this is actually not true. I work from home so I definitely did turn up as I was with a client which I have said I'd show you the cctv of (I don't go on my phone whilst I’m with clients) I’ve also checked the CCTV footage and you were no where to be seen? I didn’t know you were here if you actually was here, if you’d have rang the door bell I would have. Can I just add this was for a patch test, I didn't not turn up to do your lashes. Thanks x
