Sophie is really lovely and she did a fantastic job with my little dog. He was very nervous at first but she was so kind and gave him cuddles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Absolutely world class service from the start of the booking up until both cats had their new hairstyles completed.

Unfortunately I have been and still am seriously unwell, however I still needed Shelby having a sack back n crack doing and Gina was outstanding. Not often you can say this but world class customer service. Shelby was mortified on his journey in but she calmed him down and he looks absolutely fantastic Thank you for showing stunning service and ensuring I was ok due to my serious illness

First time visiting. Gina was great with my two cats and did exactly what I asked for. Will be back when they are due again. Highly recommend!
