Going to reflexology during exam season was really helpful for reducing stress and helping me relax. I felt calmer and less anxious afterwards, which made it easier to focus on studying. The treatment helped me take a break from revision and improved my sleep as well. reflexology helped me feel more balanced and refreshed.

I’ve been going to Lisa for a while now and I can’t recommend her enough .. from the minute I enter her space I feel instantly calm and relaxed. Lisa can read the body so well and knows exactly what I need each time and I always leave feeling so much better, I now prefer holistic healing for my body and mind more than any thing else .
