This guy is a genius ,the range and movement I have back the next day is amazing ,a true gent as well

Today i went for my first ever Muscle Scraping to say i was nervous is putting it mildly,however 😅 i was made to feel welcome and in very knowledgeable hands.I was in alot of discomfort in the way i was walking due to ongoing back issues on arrival and virtually following the treatment im walking noticeably better and im feeling much more uplifted and optimistic about my new journey with the Muscle scraper.

I’ve waited a few days to write this as tbf I was sore afterwards… This is not for the faint hearted BUT it was totally worth it. I have suffered with back pain/sciatica for 20+ years I’ve had physio/ sports massages and gone to a chiropractor they all work for a bit but the pain soon returns.. now I’m only 3 days on but I have slept well for 2 nights now and have literally just spent the day gardening which would normally have caused me so much pain.. Not now I’m good and off out with the dog. It’s highlighted I need my other side sorting too. Totally recommended

Absolute top bloke. Everything you want when going for treatment, honest and to the point, knowledgeable around his craft and the industry, and just an all round nice guy. Treatment was tough at times but instant range of movement increase after session which has stayed and now in the gym can feel leg muscles engaging evenly and rehab can now take on a new level. Would recommend to anyone.

This works. If you value your time don't waste it on Physio's or the like. Don't waste your money elsewhere either. This works. Don't be put off by the pics - yes it bruises, yes it hurts, a bit (not as much as I thought it would tbh), but it works. Nice guy, knows what he is doing, great treatment. PS. I don't normally write reviews - but credit where credit is due. This works.

It doesn't tickle but it really works. It was my second time and I will be back for my legs done soon.

I attended the muscle scraper on the Thursday, and following the treatment for my severe back pain.. i literally jumped off the treatment couch like a spring chicken... in all my years under NHS physios and specialist pain relief.. i have never felt instantaneous relief like i did. Rick is a healing genius..and whats more he diagnosed my back pain is purely down to my legs.. and in fact never touched my back...just my legs.. Since this time my posture is far more alligned, my pain is virtually gone and generally i am feeling soo much better. I cannot recommend the muscle scraper high enough.. such a gent, so knowledgable but so reassuring.. you feel fantastic throughout the process with even more pain free living to follow. Thank you Rick, you are a genuine nice guy, but more importantly a giant amongst others in both pain management and posture allignment
