Well I travelled to see the muscle scraper from Morecambe and he did not disappoint. Having a session on my back to relieve some tension in my shoulder and neck area. I have woke up this morning and feel great and will definitely be returning for more treatment. If you have any aches or pains or previous Injury’s I would highly recommend Rick.

Today i went for my first ever Muscle Scraping to say i was nervous is putting it mildly,however 😅 i was made to feel welcome and in very knowledgeable hands.I was in alot of discomfort in the way i was walking due to ongoing back issues on arrival and virtually following the treatment im walking noticeably better and im feeling much more uplifted and optimistic about my new journey with the Muscle scraper.
