Brilliant seesion, feel great

Fantastic new facility offering a wide range of cutting edge treatments, I had my left arm scraped after 14 months of on & off injuries & couldn’t believe the difference this treatment made in such a short space of time!

Absolutely fucking hate it during (apart from the little chats in between the pain, top bloke!) but you feel bloody amazing afterwards!! I look like road kill but back pain has instantly eased and I have full movement again. Cheers Rick 🙌

Rick a top bloke talked me through everything and could tell I was especially tight on one side as being a roofer I sit on one side all the time. freed up my neck and back made a massive difference both with work and sports had loads of physio and acupuncture over the years but the problems always come back would highly recommend plus the human upgrade hub looks amazing will be going back to try out the different equipment and get my blood work done

Another amazing experience with Rick. Focused on neck, shoulders & upper back this time. On the whole, this was the most relaxing 60 minutes I've had. A welcome change from the thigh & glute scraping 🧡

Really good session and definitely made a difference. I went in with a shoulder issue that had been affecting my upper-body training and could feel an improvement afterwards. I’m resting over the weekend to let everything recover properly, and hopefully I’ll be back lifting upper body next week. Very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing throughout. Would definitely recommend.
