Really good session and definitely made a difference. I went in with a shoulder issue that had been affecting my upper-body training and could feel an improvement afterwards. I’m resting over the weekend to let everything recover properly, and hopefully I’ll be back lifting upper body next week. Very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Had my first session yesterday for my neck, back, and arms, and I feel amazing today! I’ve got my neck movement back already, and the difference is incredible. I would highly recommend this over physio. Thanks again Rick - I’ll definitely be back soon!

Had my first appointment with Rick yesterday, struggled with back pain for many years, one leg ended up longer than the other causing constant aggravation and leading to loads of other issues. I feel really good today no pain in the lower back and I can feel my hips are inline weird feeling! So glad I went, the videos on Instagram look brutal but honestly it’s actually really nice, after years of chiropractors physio an massages this is the first time I still feel the way I did when I walked out of the appointment 24hrs later (pain free) highly recommend will definitely be going again. I had been curious for 18 months about Muscle scrapping due to working at a laptop for 20 years. An injury to my elbow had left it sore for a couple of months I decided to get booked in. The best way to describe it is “Wow” within 24hrs my elbow is miles better and huge tension release in neck, back and shoulders. I already feel way different. I will be booking in to get lower back, hips and legs done.
