I booked on a whim after the business page popped up on my Facebook; I’ve been suffering with multiple issues and have been passed round the houses by various consultants and had at least 14 MRI scans over the last 2 years, without any definitive answers. I’ve tried physio, massages, lymphatic drainage, osteopath, and nothing has given me any relief longer than a couple of days. HOWEVER…Kirsty has done absolute wonders after just 1 appointment and I felt like something had definitely worked as soon as I was leaving the studio. I slept like a baby that night, and my hips/glutes/quads felt immediately more free, with less stiffness and therefore less aches and pains which has now lasted coming up to 4 days. It’s not meant to be a relaxing and gentle treatment but I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone and I’m looking forward to seeing how much relief I get from having the treatment done on other areas.

My appointment with Kirsty was amazing ! It wasn’t as painful as I expected but even just one morning after I feel such a huge difference - so much more relaxed and relieved of tension in the areas I needed! Kirsty was chatty throughout and made the appointment fly by - I would 100% recommend

I have been to see Kirsty today as I have been struggling with my neck arm and shoulder, Kirsty was amazing 👏 🤩 put me at ease and has done a fantastic job my symptoms are a million times better I will be returning for some work done on my hip ,wish I'd of done it ages ago .Thank you Kirsty you are a gem x

Kirsty was super friendly and made you feel at ease as soon as you walked in. Listened to me and hopefully worked her magic. Super sore, but it’s only a couple of hours after, will see how I feel once the bruising has gone down. Then book the next session 😊💪🏻

This is my second visit with Kirsty, we did lower back and legs and glutes. There was hardly any discomfort during the treatment. Looking forward to my next treatment 😃
