Fantastic groomer! Penny is quite nervous when being groomed, but Chloe was so patient and understanding with her. She explained everything she was doing, found the best tools for Penny’s coat, and has done an amazing job removing all the dead undercoat while keeping her lovely show Cocker look. I really appreciated all the advice for maintaining her coat at home too. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms. Highly recommend!

Great experience. We took our rescue border collie, Jasper, for only his 2nd ever groom. Chloe was very knowledgeable and put us at ease very quickly. To top it off, Jasper looks and smells great and he seemed to have a great time at The Paw Wash. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend.

I booked our two dogs in for full grooms. Chloe was lovely, knowledgeable and chatted about the dogs, getting their background etc. Both were rescues and I was worried about leaving them. She took extra time making sure they were both ok and rang to give me a quick update and ask me few questions as one of them was very nervous. I picked both dogs up, clearly they were happy and cuts etc were excellent. Will definitely be going in future. Thoroughly recommend Chloe, lovely girl that clearly cares about the dogs
