As a runner, my legs always feel so much better after a sports massage from Jane
Always lovley to catch up with you and treat you
Jane has helped me through several races and training periods and always knows what is needed to ease any niggles and aches. The atmosphere is always friendly and I enjoy the chat and catch up.
Likewise Jo always great to hear about your training and races

A great experience, professional and friendly while listening to your individual needs. I always go back!
Always good to see you and treat you 😊
Jane has been working with me for months now after having a knee replacement. Each time I go I am feeling more and more energised and my movement is getting better. My scar is looking great. I would recommend Jane is friendly and well approachable.
I have been amazed at your determination to getting your knee moving. WeK keep moving forward 😊

Always wonderful to treat you and chat about about many things including training and competing in mega Ultra running events 😊
