I have regular sports massages with Jane and have had a couple of scar therapy sessions. Jane is friendly, helpful and very easy to chat to, which makes a huge difference and ensures a positive experience. She knows the exact areas to work on for pain relief, gives advice and demonstrates useful exercises. I highly recommend Jane.
