Lovely groom and lovely staff!
Brilliant service as usual! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Poppy arrived with a heavy coat, thick and Woolly due to me being last minute and so unorganised. Brogan took the time to ring and ask if she could shave her ears as they were mattered. Poppy says thank you and what a relief! This was shown in the sudden burst of energy once leaving. Thank you so much for making Poppy feel revived, more energetic ( oh no )smelling and looking beautiful. She is so looking forward to her next visit and much sooner next time which is already booked!

Brilliant service and staff, We have a very anxious 2 year old cocker spaniel so we are always worried how he will be, however the staff are brilliant and looked after him lovely, and he now looks so fresh! Thank you. 5* all round.
