Excellent as always.
Went to see Tom as I'd got tightness in my glutes, hips and knees. After just my first visit felt so much better with mobility in these areas. Tom really knows what he's doing and provided a really clear aftercare plan to help me improve in-between visits
Tom was great. Will definitely be heading back. Managed to loosen off my hip that had caused me problems for the last 18 years. Would highly recommend.
Ive tried many places across Derby and Notts, Tom is honestly the best. 100% recommend
Great service as always.
Tom is amazing. My has attended for various niggles and injury due to him being an elite swimmer. Tom's sessions and aftercare have been outstanding and have supported my son back into successful training and competition. With Nationals only a few weeks away, there is no way my son would be ready without Tom's expertise. Thank you!
Tom was amazing. very knowledgeable and thorough! would highly recommend
felt fantastic 👏 and very balanced after Tom's session. definitely gave me more flexibility
Really great experience, one of the best manual theraphy I ever had!
Very knowledgeable and personable. Tom took the time to understand and talk through my issues then provided high quality treatment and massage. He has also sent some recommended exercises. Will definitely return for a sports massage in the future.
