From the moment we began, he was thoughtful and attentive to my needs, taking the time to clearly explain everything he was doing, which really helped ease my discomfort. Every question I asked was met with patience and clarity and he made sure I fully understood each step in a way that genuinely made sense to the untrained. It’s rare to come across someone so considerate and thorough. I’m very thankful for the experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone seeking his services.
