Samual was amazing, talked me through every step of what he was doing. I was having issues with my hip and throughout the treatment it was already starting to ease. He focused a lot on my back aswell which was one of my concerns, was a bit tender the next few days which was to be expected, but definitely feel so much better since. Would definitely recommend.

Came to Sam to get a sports massage due to injury. I had never had one before but Sam made me feel comfortable right away, explaining everything he was doing and why. My back neck and shoulders feel a lot less stiff with less pain off the bat, looking forward to seeing how they feel over the next few days. Great to be able to get in on a Sunday as well.
