I had such a fantastic experience at Vivid Ink! Charlotte pierced my ears, and she was absolutely amazing - so friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and the whole process was quick and virtually painless. I also want to give a special mention to the lovely lady on the front desk with the nose chain (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name!). She was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and made me feel comfortable straight away. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for such a positive experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new piercings and would highly recommend Vivid Ink to anyone. Thank you both for such excellent service!

Charlotte was amazingly kind and took great care of me and my partner. She paid such great attention to detail (making sure the piercings were matched up on both sides for both lobes and helix) and paid such care to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Amazing - I definitely recommend, my best experience to this date

Truly a great experience from the second I entered. Rachael, at the reception, was incredibly welcoming and cheery. I had my snakebites done by Charlotte and she was wonderful; every step she took was fully explained, she was very patient and helpful while I was deciding on placement and made sure I was informed. The process was smooth and I can't recommend them enough.
