Staff are so nice and explain everything you need to know. My daughter went for a jewellery change and was abit nervous but Ash made her feel so comfortable.

Had a second piercing with Ash. He's so professional. He takes his time and gives lots of advice on different types of piercings. Would highly recommend. The other staff are so helpful and friendly too.
