I had a great experience at Vivid Ink Walsall. Since my arrival, I was treated very professionally, and it made me feel welcome. I was a bit anxious about the nose piercing, but Hattie was very patient and professional, explained to me the process, and she eased my nervousness. It was quite quick, and I just love my new piercing. I highly recommend Vivid Ink.
After six failed attempts at getting my nose pierced in the past, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again but my experience with Hattie at Vivid Ink completely changed that. From the moment I walked in, Hattie was incredibly professional and reassuring. She took the time to talk everything through, made me feel genuinely safe, and it was clear she really knew what she was doing. Her communication throughout was excellent, which made a huge difference given my past experiences. I’m so happy to say that this time, I had absolutely no issues at all. The piercing healed perfectly, and at my 6-week check-up today, Hattie confirmed everything is exactly as it should be. I will definitely be recommending her to others, and I’ll absolutely be coming back myself. You’re truly in safe hands with her.

Hi Charlotte. Sorry you felt the need to give me a 1 star review, I gave you my professional opinion on why this piercing wasn’t viable with your anatomy and wasn’t comfortable taking your money for something that could cause long term damage. I apologise that I wasn’t able to do this for you, but I’m not comfortable performing a piercing that is going to cause long term issues with healing

Supper friendly I had a conch piercing it looks amazing and the jewellery options are so pretty
Popped in for a double high nostril the pricier was very Perfesonl and were as others would have taken my money sent me to another shop for a 2nd opinion due to the structure of my nostril
