Booked this appointment at a new place after reading many reviews and it definitely lived up to them. Gemma was so lovely and the wax was almost pain free! It was a relief to be in an air conditioned room on the hottest day of the year too!

This was my first time coming to wax it ! I had such a good experience serene was so so lovely and very accommodating when I explained I’d recently had surgery for endometriosis . It was super quick and genuinely the least painful wax I’ve ever had ! No hairs missed in all the tricky bits and feeling nice and smooth! Thank you so much again , I’ll definitely be back 🫶 xxx
