Zen Therapy Massage

I’ve just finished a course of lymphatic drainage massage. I found it really beneficial, each leg measured an inch less, with the heavy feeling throughout my body disappearing. Sarah is really friendly and professional, she understands your body and focuses on the areas needing the most attention. I will definitely book again. to keep lymph nodes clear + an aromatherapy massage. The room is very calming with relaxing music.

I had such a lovely experience at Zen Therapy Massage. I had a back, shoulder, face and head massage 4 months postpartum, and it was exactly what I needed. It was so relaxing and left me feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. Sarah is so friendly and welcoming, and her space is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly relaxing. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Zen Therapy Massage!
