Zenetic Recovery Belfast

Fantastic service! Very thorough and good conversation during the session!

Having visited Zenetic Recovery a few times now, I can confidently say it’s easily one of the best massage services in Belfast. From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming, calm, and completely professional. What sets Pearse apart is his deep understanding of body mechanics and individual client needs. Rather than running through a generic, "going through the motions" routine, every session is tailored to exact needs. If there’s a specific area that’s particularly causing trouble, the treatment is adapted on the fly to target those problem spots effectively. You can tell he genuinely has love for the work, his passion, skill and care built into every massage. The aftercare advice is equally thorough. You leave not just feeling physically relieved and relaxed but with practical tips to keep up the progress at home. If you're looking for genuine recovery or relaxation from someone who actually cares about your long term well being rather than just rushing you out the door, Zenetic Recovery is top tier. Highly recommended!

Unreal again! Much needed and am feeling a lot better after a few hard weeks of training

Highly recommend I have a lot of tension in my shoulders/upper back and I feel a massive difference after just one session! Definitely be back x

Decided to book in because I had sciatica pain and I’m so glad I did! Pearse was so professional, the massage was amazing, the added cupping and massage gun helped so much with easing the pain. He also showed me some stretches to do which I will be doing everyday I’m sore. Can’t thank you enough and I’ll be back soon.

100% will be using Zenetic going forward

Suffer with a bad back from time to time, PJ is Excellent, sorted me out a few times now. Highly recommend 👌

Amazing 🙏. Great experience from start to finish. Very professional, made me feel comfortable and delivered an incredibly effective sports massage. My muscles felt so much better afterwards and I noticed improved movement. Highly recommend! Thank you!
